英検受験への取り組み本校では「英検全員受験運動」が定着しています。英語の学習と資格取得の重要性を理解し、年に2回または3回受験する生徒もいれば、在校中に1級や準1級に合格する生徒もいます。英検受験はパワー・イングリッシュ・プロジェクトの中核の1つであり、昌平生の英語力向上に貢献しています。1234技能入試への対応パワー・イングリッシュ・プロジェクトの発足以来、全教職員＆全生徒を挙げて英検受験に取り組んできました。その成果と共に大学合格実績も上昇。4技能入試対応は昌平の自慢です。高校3年修了時に半数以上の生徒が2級以上を取得入学時の英検準2級取得者は15％程度ですが、高1終了時には半数以上が準2級以上、3年修了時には半数以上の生徒が2級以上を取得。1級や準1級合格者も年々増えています。模擬面接で二次試験対策英検3級以上は二次試験で面接試験が課せられます。そこで本校では、一次試験合格者全員を対象に二次面接に向けた模擬面接を実施。練習を重ねて確実に合格圏内に導きます。You might think that learning English is a long anddi!cult journey, but with the right mindset, it canbe a fun and exciting adventure!
